He is survived by: his wife Ruth Eveland Loper; his children, Robert Robson of Titusville, NJ, Daniel Robson (Jessica) of Chatham, NJ, Anton Dowls (Madeline) of Atlanta, GA, Tara Wade of Newark, DE and Stacy DeWees (Jarred) of Titusville, NJ.; his siblings, Alton Loper (Ines), Benjamin Loper, III (Debra), Iris Loper-Clark and Denise Loper-Johnson; and his close friends, Allen Johnson, Jerome Davis, Tony Kaufmann, John Kimber, Ron Villano, Denise Hamilton, Donna Maurer, Paul Washington and Don Tarr. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren.
