He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Klapinski and Elizabeth Klapinski (Coleman). He is survived by: his wife Bridget (Blusnavage); his children, Bridget (Colin Ackers), Frank (Krisha Hicks) and Faith; his grandchildren, Braeden, Ethan, Reese and Anna; and his brother David (Sheila). He is also survived by brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law; cousins; nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Donations may be made in Frank's memory to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
