He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Cox and Estelle Comiski Cox; and his wife Violet A. Symonowicz Cox. He is survived by: his children, Donald J. Jr. (Sara) and Beth Bauer (Albert); and his grandsons, James Cox, Alex Bauer and Matthew Cox.
