She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto T. Young and Eleanor P. Young (Parke); her husband Theodore W. Cook; and her son Scott W. Cook. She is survived by: her children, Peter T. Cook (Cathy) of Frankfort, IL and Dr. Kristin D. Cook (Adam Boozer); her grandchildren, Hannah, Eleanor, Koal, Declan, Liam and Kaitlin; her great grandchild Oliver; her daughters, Heather Ireland of Stevenson, MD and Kim Lant of Newark, NJ.; her sisters, Beverly Cramer (Robert) and Carolyn Foose (Ben); her siblings-in-law, Maureen Cook, Richard Cook (Trish) and Stephen Cook (Cindy); her niece Melissa Cramer Fetterolf (MD); and her nephews, Larry Embry (WA) and David Cramer (NJ).
