He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert C. Sr. Matuza and Eleanor Matuza (Pikunas). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Matuza (Perkins); his daughters, Lori A. Matuza of Ewing Township and Kristal L. Klotz of Pennington, NJ; his brothers, Robert G. Matuza of Harleysville, PA and Leonard; his sister-in-law Kathy Matuza of Morrisville; and his grandson Justin C. Klotz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
