He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Emmons and Amy Harker Emmons; and his wife Kathleen Nixon Emmons. He is survived by: his children, Barry (Maggi) and Kathy Bernacki (Joe); and his grandchildren, Brett Emmons (Roshni), Will Emmons (Laura), Ben Bernacki (Janae) and Betsy Emmons. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
