He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughter Julianna; his son-in-law Thomas; his son Christian; his daughter-in-law Chelsea; his mother Cecilia; his brothers, Larry (Linda) and Paul (Brenda); and his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Lee, Thomas and Alyssa. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mr. Zukowski's memory to a meaningful charity of your choice.
