He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Basim and Howard Basim; and his sister Sharon Howe. He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce A. Basim (Linda), Kevin Basim and Karen Kendra; his nieces and nephews, Beverly A. Skinner, Brice Basim, Jay Howe, Christopher Kendra, Amber Hoser and Brittany Kendra; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kristin, Justin, Nellie, Jameson and Sky.
