He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Cruz and Virgen Maria Cruz; and his siblings, Ivan, Luis, Angel, Radames, Felix Jr., Alicia, Haydee and Lucy.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Cruz (Rodriguez); his children, Ramon, Josue, Sandra, Michael, Jose Jr. and Alyssa; and his sister Carmen Milagros. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
