It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Marie Stankes of Pemberton, New Jersey, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on September 19, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Stankes. She is survived by: her sibling Michele David; her daughter Dara Stone (Tyler); her stepdaughter Michelle Stankes; her sister JoAnn Velez; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Stone, Kristopher Stone and Isabella Stankes; her nephew Brett (Jennifer); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Maeirn, Liam, Isabella and Laura Jordan (Jamar); and also, Isaiah, Ayva and Bryce.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Ann's R. C. Church (22 Trenton Rd, Browns Mills, NJ 08015).
