She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hewitt and Alice Hewitt; her husband Barry Chapman; her daughter Debbie Chapman; her brothers, Robert, Allen and Ralph Hewitt; her grandson Christopher; her son-in-law Karl; and her cousin Ally Perez.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Chapman of Georgia and Tracy; her grandchildren, Morgan, Brad Perez, Trajan and Julian Chapman; and her great grandchildren, Violet and Lincoln Perez.
