He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Keegan of West Deptford, Diane Keegan Wells of Columbia, MD, Daniel (Angela Keegan), Edward Keegan (Susan Kluska) and Suzanne (Cyndi Keegan); and his grandchildren, Sean, Timothy, Haley, Eric, Jacob, Julia and Andrew.
