He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Weiss Bilick and Manuel Kamp; and his brother Harvey Kamp. He is survived by: his close friend Lillian Johnson; his brother Byron Kamp; his daughter Roslynn West; his granddaughter Atara West; and his former wife Marilyn Kamp (Woods). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
