She was predeceased by: her husband Stephan Yurchak; her parents, Andrew Haraheuss and Anna Haraheuss (Horochak); and her sister Justine Yurchak. She is survived by: her children, Stephan A. Yurchak Sr. (Michelle) of Franklinville, NJ and Kathy Centola (Phil) of Surprise, AZ; her siblings, Gary Harahuess (Mary) of Cranberry, NJ and Helen Yurchak (George) of Arlington, VA; her grandchildren, Shannon Southard (Jim), Stephan A. Yurchak Jr. (Kelly), Jason Yurchak and Danielle Yurchak; and her great grandchildren, Brock, Ryley, Charlotte and Brooke.

In accordance with CDC precautions for the public concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, masks will be required while inside the funeral home and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
