He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Hoffman; and his granddaughter Taylor Marie Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, David, Tammi Hoffman of Elmer, Denise, Michael O'Boyle of Gloucester City, Dale and Loretta Hoffman of Asheville, N. C.; his stepchildren, William, Angie Sulzman of Franklinville and Kevin Sulzman of Washington Twp; his brother Pat Hoffman of Bridgeport; and his sister-in-law Alma Obinger of Deptford. He is also survived by several brother and sister in laws.
