We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2020, at the age of 72, James C. McGovern Jr. (Paulsboro, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his stepson Ron; and his siblings, Theresa, Margaret, Roseanne, Daniel, Jane McGovern and Joseph.
He is survived by: his grandson Ron; his wife Elvira "Bobbie" McGovern; his stepson James Webber; and his grandchildren, Ron Jr., Nakoa C. Webber, David and Ronald Tarves.
