He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine R.. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Gontowski (Benjamin Fiedler) and Frank Jr. (Christine); his grandchildren, Dominic Fiedler, Benjamin Fiedler, Jack Gontowski and Grace Gontowski; and his sisters, Carolyn Gentile and Helen Forde.
