It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Joe Dickson of Paterson, New Jersey, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Than Dickson and Alma Dickson. He is survived by: his former wife Christine Dickson; his children, Melvin Dickson (Tameka) of Riverview Florida, Kevin McCullum of Atlanta Georgia and Felecia J. Dickson of Hartsville; his siblings, Janis McFadden of Charlotte, Leona Dickson, Betty L. Carter of Florence, Leroy Dickson (Evelyn), Ed Lee Dickson (Laura) of Paterson, N. J. and Al Dickson of Memphis; his siblings-in-law, Susie Thompson, Ethelene, Pastor Guy Campbell (Dorothy) of Morristown and Bobby Campbell of Florence; and his nephew Alton Dickson (Nadine) of Paterson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
