He was predeceased by: his significant other Joan Henderson-Johnson; his parents, Janie Johnson and Ruth James; and his brothers, Andrew and Roy Johnson.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Regina Johnson and Herbert Graves Jr.; his sisters, Lillie Harrison (James) and Mary Warren; and his nephew Robert Johnson (Valgene). He is also survived by three sisters-in-law; six brothers-in-law; five step-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be Friday, November 13, 2020 from 2 to 8 pm in Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time.
