He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Wesley Sr. and Patricia Brown (Chambers) of Paterson; his grandparents, John, Geraldine Chambers, Richard and Mamie Spence Brown; and his parents-in-law, Samuel and Lucille Orr.
He is survived by: his sons, Max and Miles; his wife Gail Orr; his grandchildren, Qua'jheir, Dakota, Ahavah and Sha'ul; his siblings, Oranetta Patterson (Frankie), Cheryl Anthony and Kevin Brown; his godson Nas'Jiray Andrews; his siblings-in-law, Christine Wilkerson (James), MaryAnn Brown, Debra Jones, Donna Harris (Stacy), Beverly Eason (Kevin, Sr.), Leslie Wilkerson (Jamal), Kimberly Orr and Byron Orr (Tasha); and his friends, Tyrone Caviness and Carl Cook. He is also survived by three great nieces, seven great nephews, one great great niece, one great great nephew, cousins, relatives and friends.
