He is survived by: his wife Teresa Linares; his children, Jose Alonso Soto, Marcos Soto, Maribel Soto and Emanuel Soto Linares; and his siblings, Maria Soto Martinez, Celedonia Soto Martinez, Arcadia Soto Martinez, Roberto Soto Nicolasa and Reyna Castro Martinez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
