He is survived by: his significant other Annette Brown; his children, Thomas M. Newell of Paterson, Alecia Williams (Overton) of Paterson, Wade Reid (Shalene), Daviot Reid of Paterson and Gladstone Reid (Tamara) of Clifton; his siblings, Francine Hart of Paterson and Jerry Newell of Paterson; his siblings-in-law, Albert Brown (Yvonne), Errol Brown (Beverly), Carol of Jamaica and Winsome Brown of Jamaica; and his cousin Sarah Kerr. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 5 nephews and 9 nieces.
