It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella L. Reid (Paterson, New Jersey), who passed away on November 14, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Reid Sr. and Mildred Reid; her daughter Ebony Reid; her grandson E'Vontay; and her siblings, John Henry Reid Jr., Paul Reid, Frank Reid, James Reid Sr., Gerald Reid, Eleanor Woods and Janice Reid.
She is survived by: her son Gerald Reid; her granddaughter Elliona Gaskins; her daughter Sherese Corbin; her siblings, Dr. Mary Ella Graham (Thomas), Charlene York Mann, Janet Mayes (Ronald), Barbara Reid and Anderson Reid; and her sister-in-law Silest Reid. She is also survived by nieces nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carnie P. Bragg Funeral Home- Paterson (256 Rosa Parks Blvd, Paterson, NJ 07501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Arlington Cemetery (748 Schuyler Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032).
