It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sofia Toscano of Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Pacella and Alfonsina Pacella (Salerno); and her husband Salvatore. She is survived by: her children, Luisa VanEss (Neil), Anthony Toscano (Linda) and Joseph Toscano (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Daniel Alcala (Angela), Matthew, Nicole Alcala, Sarah, Joseph, Ava and Emma Toscano; and her great grandchildren, Mia, Valentina and Daniel Alcala, Jr.. She is also survived by 6 siblings and is survived by many nieces and nephews.
