He was predeceased by: his sister Estella; and his parents, Juan Torres and Catalina Torres. He is survived by: his wife Lourdes; his children, Lisa, Lori, Manuel, Samuel Jr. and Joey; his grandchildren, Maya, Eva, Jaxson, Hannah and Sammy III; and his siblings, Gladys, Juan (John), Gerado (Fred), Carmen (Mary) and Jose (Joey).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martinez Memorial (747 Market St, Paterson, NJ 07513-1240). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. John Cathedral (381 Grand St, Paterson, NJ 07505). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (52 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512).
