She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Blakney (George) and Blanche Blakney; her husband Willie Cooper; and her siblings, Jessie Hart, Frances Parson, Earnestine Moses, Patricia Robinson, Eddie Williams and John Blakney (J. B.).
She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Cooper of Plaxton, GA; her godchildren, Quadell Daniels of San Antonio, TX, Genetic Daniels (Gary) of San Antonio, TX and Lamont Deary (Danielle) of Monmouth, NJ; her sister-in-law Gracie Cooper of Jersey City, NJ; her siblings, Willie Williams of Florence, SC, Ronald Blakney of Southfield, MI and Jennifer Belamy of Hartsville, SC; and her friend Shirley Fleming of Paterson, NJ. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
