It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis L. Deloatch (Paterson, New Jersey), who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Deloatch and Flossie Deloatch; his sisters, Maggie White and Mary Daniels; and his brothers-in-law, Paul White, Neil Daniels and Jessie Steven.

He is survived by: his sons, Keith of New Jersey, Gregory of New Jersey and Calvin Spruill of New Jersey; his sisters, Mildred Stevenson of North Carolina and Ruth Edward of North Carolina; and his sister-in-law Elaine White. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, one brother.
