He was predeceased by: his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Joseph (Amanda) and Ashley; his parents, Julian Palach and Maria Palach; his sister Janina; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Lukaszczyk, Maria Lukaszczyk, Kathy Lukaszczyk and Zenek Lukaszczyk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
