He is survived by: his father William Harvey; his stepmother Anne Harvey of Walterboro, SC; his siblings, Herbert of Paterson, NJ, Matthew Harvey of Paterson, NJ, Gwendolyn Harvey Spears and Cynthia Harvey of Paterson, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Debora Albert Harvey of Paterson, NJ and Freddie Spears of Paterson, N. J.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
