He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Howell and Mary Howell; and his son Joseph Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Candace McKenzie Williams (Giovanni), Brittany May Glover and Talitha; his grandchildren, Aja of Decatur, Georgia., Giovanni Jr. of Decatur, Georgia. and Jacob Williams of Decatur, Georgia.; his siblings, Conrad (Angela) of St Cloud, Stephanie Thomas (Alan) of Lizella, GA., Penda Howell (Dorothy) of East Stroudsburg, PA, Andre Howell (Kenya) of McLeansville, NC. and Nicole Howell of Bloomfield, N. J.; his aunts, Lila Fulcher (Joseph) of Hillside, N. J. and Lillian Fisher of Macon, GA.; his cousin Theresa L. Johnson of Paterson, N. J.; and his significant other Belinda Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carnie P. Bragg Funeral Home- Paterson (256 Rosa Parks Blvd, Paterson, NJ 07501).
