She is survived by: her husband Benjamin; her daughter Eva; her son-in-law Peter of Berkeley, CA; her siblings, Paul A. Cook, Jr. (Duke), James Cook (Sonny), Dora Cook and Thomasina Cook; and her granddaughters, Hilliary Turnipseed of Washington, D. C. and Kayla Turnipseed of Hayward, CA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.
