She was predeceased by: her parents, John McDowell and Mary Busch; her brothers, John C. McDowell, Louis Kingsbury and Gus Bradford; and her grandson Keyantay Deas.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannette Wallace (Lonnie), James Jr. Balmer (Mary), Angel Balmer (Dharma), Demetrius Balmer (Tamasha), Lakisha Maggette and Barbara Davis; her grandchildren, Donell Pauldo (Filisha), Lenora Humphrey (Cliff), Lonnie Wallace Jr., Laina Avant, Tiamecua Gist (Steve), ShakiaBalmer, Jerwell Taylor, Kenneth Brown, Kevin Brown, Jazmine Ward, Valerie Leak, Demetrius Balmer Jr. and Kitra Davis; and also Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends.
