He was predeceased by : his parents, Olegario Pagan and Jesusa Pagan; and his brother Jose Pagan. He is survived by : his sisters, Petra Rodriguez, Luz Pagan and Minerva Pagan; his daughters, Rachel Paganowski and Nicole Pagan; his grandchildren, Jasmine Aue, Damien Rosado and Justin Aue; his nephews, Jose Diaz Jr., Efrain Lugo, Jason Lugo and Anthony Diaz; and his niece Jessie Pagan.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martinez Memorial (747 Market St, Paterson, NJ 07513-1240). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Laurel Grove Cemetery (295 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512).
