She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Facetime; her parents, Josephine (Caracci) and Anthony Amico; and her husband Frank Ortega. She is survived by: her sister Paula Saccoman; her children, Anthony Ortega (Karen), Maria Ortega-Murphy (Dennis), Laurie O'Gorman (John) and Frank Ortega; her grandchildren, Nicole Douglas (Stephen), Daniel Ortega, Anthony Ortega, Kevin O'Gorman and Kaitlyn O'Gorman; and her great grandchildren, Declan and Sophie Douglas. She is also survived by numerous godchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home (1313 Van Houten Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013). A prayer was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Philip the Apostle R. C. Church (797 Valley Rd, Clifton, NJ 07013).
