She was predeceased by: her son Charles Van Adder, Jr.; and her brother Nicholas DeHaan. She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Van Adder; her grandchildren, Stacy Van Adder (Christy Burd) and Richard Jackman; and her nieces and nephews, Diane Tedesco, Pat Wolford and Deborah Domingo. She is also survived by 4 great-nephews, 1 great-niece, 11 great-great nephews and nieces, 1 great-great-great nephew, and 1 great-great-great niece.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Ridgewood Rotary Foundation - Kenya Project.
