She is survived by: her parents, George Edward Byrd and Verdine Young; her siblings, Nathan, Marvin of New York, Montgomery of Maryland, Bruce of South Carolina, Deshawnea of Virginia, Monica of North Carolina and Jessica of New Jersey; her aunts and uncles, Jerry Byrd (Maria), Bruce, Charles, Alvin, Mark, Danny Young, Mable Byrd (Johnny), Jacqueline Byrd, Diane Floyd (Kenny), Linda, Zelma, Dolores and Jacquline Young; her godmother Niecey Proctor; her close friend Sharay Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Yazmani, Serenity, Sariyah, Deniece, Miracle, Naykwana, Monyca, Nathan Jr., Issac, Shamar and Jalenand. She is also survived by cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carnie P. Bragg Funeral Home- Paterson (256 Rosa Parks Blvd, Paterson, NJ 07501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
