He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Cumberbatch and Lucille Cumberbatch (Aaron). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cumberbatch; his son Scott O. Cumberbatch; his stepmother Dorothy Cumberbatch; his father-in-law Riland E. Stewart; and his stepsiblings, Dr. Gregory McIntosh, Elton McIntosh and Susan McIntosh-James (Shayne).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Luke Baptist Church (139 Carroll St, Paterson, NJ 07501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the William C Doyle Veterans Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
