She was predeceased by: her spouse George Shadiack; and her child Robert Lewis Shadiack. She is survived by: her child Georgeann Mondelli (Frank) of Fair Lawn; her grandchildren, Lisa Baglieri (Frank) of Elmwood Park, Janice Mele (Joseph) of Fair Lawn, Dana Costello (Albert) of Wyckoff and Jennifer Varano (Dave) of Wayne; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Danielle, Olivia, Stephanie, Michael, Sienna, Veronica, Albert, Peter and Mia; and her daughter-in-law Pat Shadiack of Wayne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
