She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmelo Agosta and Rosalia Agosta (Buscema); and her husband Giuseppe Melilli. She is survived by: her children, Vincenza Pitino and Carmelo Melilli (Beverly); her grandchildren, Giovanni Pitino (Kelli), Deanna Melilli and Sharon Formisano (Marc); and her great grandchildren, Stella Formisano, Megan, Joseph and Michael Pitino. She is also survived by her 3 brothers and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
