He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Komer and Henrietta Komer; his wife Joyce Irene Sherman; and his children, Catherine Myers (Victor), Mark Komer (Glenda) and G. Michael (Laurel Midgley). He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
