It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Emilio Turano of Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 73, on November 18, 2024. In the sacred silence of farewell, Emilio is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Emilio's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Giuseppe Turano and Antoinetta Turano (Fiore); his wife Concetta Ariano; and his son Joseph Turano (Julia). He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Santangelo Funeral Home (635 McBride Ave, Woodland Park, NJ 07424). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:15 AM at the St. Bonaventure Church (174 Ramsey St, Paterson, NJ 07501). During Covid, I lived with him, his wife and his son (my husband) we would sit outside for hours together.
