She is survived by: her children, Betty Ann Lutz (Stephen) of Lawton and Terry Lutz (Joseph) of Ringwood; and her grandchildren, Marybeth Hartman (Phil), Stephen Lutz, Ann Lutz (Nick Brown), William Lutz (Jess Talos), Rebecca Lutz, Mark Lutz and John Lutz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Deborah Hospital Foundation, Browns Mills, NJ.
