She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Churchman Jr.; her parents, Richard and Edith; and her siblings, Edward, Alethea, Richard John, Arnott and Ursula.

She is survived by: her children, Welfare, Edith Corinne Churchman and James E. Churchman III; her daughter-in-law Joan Patrice Churchman; her grandchildren, Kara-Ann, Justine Avila (Amed), Brandon, Danielle, James, Simone, Jamal and Jordana; her great grandchildren, Aidan, Gianna, Noah and Nora; her niece Patricia; her nephews, James (Giselle) and Richard; her friends, Eleanor Newton, Lorraine Hobbs and Rosie; and also, Gloria Pearman of Craig Pearman and Godchild of Craig Pearman.
