Tobias; her mother Evelyn Muhammad; her siblings, Lana Frazier and Freddie Frazier Jr.; and her children, Franklyn Lassiter, Mylazia Frazier, Zakeyah Frazier and Ameerah Booker. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
