It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diomedes Izquierdo Alicea of Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on September 19, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Rosa Alicea and Juanita Izquierdo; and her son Roberto (Papo). She is survived by: her sisters, Monserrate, Esmeralda, Iluminada and Doris; and her children, Santa, Carmen (Lily), Noel, Maria, Reinaldo, Zoraida, Marybeth and David. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Martinez Funeral Home (747 Market St, Paterson, NJ 07513). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Crest Haven Cemetery (750 Passaic Ave, Clifton, NJ 07012).
