She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim and Emily; and her sister Joyce (Al). She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Lampel (Daniel) and Jacquelyn Rudder (Jessica Graham); her granddaughter Eva Lampel; and her siblings, Donna Stapleton (Gary) and Chuck Kaiser (Pattie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family of Cindy asks that you consider a donation to Eva's Village, an organization that supports children, women and men break the cycle of poverty, addiction and help with mental illness.
