He was predeceased by: his daughter Luisa Barros Comas; and his brother Orlando Munzon. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Betty Mallma, Luis Barros and Cesar Barros; and his siblings, Amira Barros, Josefina Barros, Vilma Barros and Luis Barros. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
