He is survived by: his wife Antonia Hernandez; his children, Marybel Hernandez (Blanca Velasquez) of Bloomfield and Carlos Hernandez (Jayne); his grandchildren, Von Marie Rodriguez (Richard Alfonso Rodriguez), Justyn Cruz, Bianca Hernandez, Brandon Kelly and Matthew Kelly; his great grandchildren, Alina Marie Rodriguez and Richard Alfonso Rodriguez, III; his sisters, Sonia Rios and Zoraida Gonzalez (Geraldino); and his sisters-in-law, Claudina Hernandez and Emma Hernandez.
