He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Joseph Mathews (Susan), Gene Mathews and Esther Diaz; his nieces and nephews, Danielle Kaiser (Danny), Nicole Denisenko (Ilya), Paige Card (Tevin), Ricky Mathews and Gene Mathews; his great-nephews, Waylon and Ricky; and his great-niece Lainey.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Galante Funeral Home (54 Roseland Ave, Caldwell, NJ 07006). A Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. James of the Marches Church (410 Totowa Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512).
