He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Zaledzieski and Nancy Zaledzieski. He is survived by: his daughters, Roxann Unis (Raymond) of Haskell, NJ and Toni Marie DeNoble (John) of Haskell; his siblings, Connie Infusino, Nancy Lill, Andrew Zaledzieski, Christine Donohue, William Zaledzieski (Pam), Hugo Zaledzieski (Karen), Grace Mathews (Joseph), Wanda Zaledzieski-Schoch (Charles), Matthew Zaledzieski and Joseph Zaledzieski; his friend Monsignor Mark Giordani; and his siblings, Michael Zaledzieski, Edwin Zaledzieski and Frances Joyce Culotta.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Anthony's name may be made to St. Gerard's RC Church, 501 West Broadway, Paterson, NJ 07522.
